CEO: Arlene Adams
Arlene founded Peppermint Technology in 2010 in order to deliver her vision of delivering a next generation technology Platform to UK Legal Providers. Her management team at Peppermint Technology are all handpicked and many have work with her before at various companies.
During her career she has held several leadership positions in UK and international technology giants IBM and Sun Microsystems. More recently she was Managing Director of OLM Systems, the UK’s largest technology provider to Social Care, and remains a Director on the group board. Prior to OLM Systems Arlene was Managing Director of IRIS Legal, the UK’s largest legal software provider.

Peter O’Hara
Serial technology entrepreneur, Peter O’Hara, is founder and owner of OLM Group. Peter has spent his career building and nurturing UK technology and content companies in local government. He is renowned for his long term commitment and investment to the UK technology market and UK talent.
Christine Hicks
Christine Hicks has an extensive background in financial and operational management, across a diverse number of companies, including her work at OLM Group, Rank, Laura Ashley and Virgin Retail.
