Emily’s goal is to work in partnership with the business – to recruit, retain and develop a talented team of people who are collectively focussed on the delivery of Peppermint’s goals and vision.
She is responsible for leading and delivering on a broad people agenda including; resourcing and talent, performance and engagement, reward, policy, employee relations and wellbeing.
Emily is a MCIPD HR professional with significant experience in performance coaching. With more than 20 years’ experience in a range of HR roles, Emily has previously worked for large organisations in the public and private sector, including global apparel manufacturer, Crystal International Group Ltd and XMA, a national IT solutions provider, as well as working as an independent consultant and coach.
Emily’s core skills include building strong relationships, finding effective and creative people solutions and empowering others to deliver excellence at work through the development of their talents and skills.
