This role requires an individual who really understands how to help our customers get up and running on the software and use it to best effect. You’ll have an ability to transfer what you know of learning theory into delivering exceptional training workshops and advice to those working directly with the Peppermint CX product. Due to the breath of functionality our product can offer our customers, you’ll also have the opportunity to build custom solutions and workflows. This means that being technically savvy is important, as you’ll be implementing, installing and configuring smart solutions to maximize the Peppermint potential.
