Legal technology innovator, Peppermint Technology, has this month launched PeppDirect to meet demand for an out of the box version of its multi-award winning legal software Platform. Since the launch of the Peppermint Platform 18 months ago, demand has soared as forward thinking law firms opt for the modern client centric practice and case management solution.
Peppermint is launching the PeppDirect product in direct response to demand from law firms with little IT resource. The product is targeted at small and niche law firms who require ready to use software without any customisation. Three law firms have already signed up for PeppDirect in advance of the general release.
PeppDirect is a pre-configured, easy to use, modern legal software platform designed and built on Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint. It provides the same modern, client centric functionality as the multi-award winning Peppermint Platform including: legal accounts, time recording, billing, document management, case management, CRM and marketing, business intelligence and reporting, risk management, legal online services all underpinned with a powerful business rules workflow engine. It offers users a familiar Microsoft look and feel, together with a number of standard templates and workflows, to get law firms up and running immediately.
Delivered from the Cloud, firms only need a browser to access PeppDirect, allowing them to work from anywhere, anytime. The product comes with a specially designed service package and can be switched on as soon as staff are trained.
