Following the official release on 1st November of Peppermint CX, the major upgrade to the Peppermint cloud enterprise solution, Peppermint’s innovative customers are embarking on an early access track to rapidly realise the benefits it delivers.
Peppermint CX, named to reflect the single-minded focus on the customer experience, introduces features and improvements that project the legal market into the digital age.
Mike Walker, CTO at Peppermint, said, “The Early Access Programme was developed for those customers looking to upgrade to CX2017 immediately. The interest has been enthusiastic and five pioneering firms have been selected for the programme.”
As part of the programme, firms’ IT teams have access to a highly secure, private upgrade website plus a collaborative community that provides a direct route to Peppermint specialists and other users and high levels of self-service.
“Online training and familiarisation is available to all of our customers and these sessions are well under way with around half of our customers already registered to participate in this first wave,” continues Walker.
