Peppermint Technology Inc. has announced a significant new client partnership and first US based customer, with AmLaw 200 firm Dickinson Wright. The firm will roll out Peppermint’s Client Engagement (CRM) to underpin its growth strategy and client centric approach.
Dickinson Wright PLLC (formerly Dickinson, Wright, Moon, Van Dusen & Freeman), is a law firm based in Detroit, Michigan. With over 500 lawyers across more than 40 practices and industries, Dickinson Wright serves clients from nineteen offices. According to the National Law Journal’s 2020 NLJ 500 ranking of firms based on size, Dickinson Wright is ranked 103rd in the United States with a team of over 600 staff.
In conjunction with the firm’s focus on client satisfaction and service, it will be implementing Peppermint’s CRM solution to modernise its marketing and business development activities that will enhance its client relationships and provide rich data insights.
Peppermint’s delivery partner Pinnacle will be implementing the solution and integrating into the firm’s Time and Billing system to provide a true 360-degreee view of its clients.
