UK Top 200 law firm Rosenblatt has selected Peppermint Technology’s CX365 solution, built on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, to underpin its growth strategy. The firm will implement the full modular product suite – including Case & Matter Management, Client Engagement (CRM), Document Management and Practice Management. This will provide the foundation for driving operational excellence and enhanced client services through a centralised view of its people, processes and data.
