Peppermint will replace Aderant, iManage, Carpe Diem and Expert Marketing systems. The firm found operating multiple systems was inefficient, costly and didn’t provide the right tools to support the firm’s growth plans or support new innovations such as self-serve portals, mobile devices and social media.
