January 10, 2023 – Nottingham, UK

Cripps is a long-standing Peppermint client, recognised as one of the country’s leading legal practices serving corporate, real estate and private clients. As a top 100 law firm, Cripps puts its clients at the heart of all it does – solving their problems, championing their ambitions to make a positive and lasting difference.

To support their journey to reimagine how they deliver legal services, Cripps has extended its partnership with Peppermint for a further five-years. Continuing this partnership affords Cripps the opportunity to migrate to Peppermint CX365 which is delivered from the Microsoft Cloud.

Jo Owen, Cripps CIO commented, “As part of our focus for exceptional client service, Peppermint CX365 will support our drive to improve efficiency through people, process and technology.

“We are genuinely excited by the potential of the low code / no code development capabilities of CX365 that will allow us to further innovate in client service delivery”.

Rob Tyler, Cripps Innovation Manager added, “Importantly, it will also allow us to surface insights to our teams that will help them to identify and solve client problems with impactful and frictionless solutions”.

Neil Henderson, Peppermint Director of Operations commented that “Once the migration is complete, Cripps will enjoy the benefits of our latest offerings including the ability to embrace the Microsoft Modern Workplace through seamless integration to O365 including Teams and Outlook”.

Cripps is known for delivering technology led innovation to its clients; having recently won the Alliance Award at British Legal Technology Awards for their client centred, design thinking led approach, to deliver solutions, such as a reporting and document automation solution using Peppermint.
