Life at Peppermint: Company Kick off Day

At Peppermint Technology we value the people, and to celebrate this, our company kick off day was held on the 14th July in Nottingham. Our strong team ethos is built from the relationships we have with fellow colleagues, which creates an environment in which we can be committed to, and passionate about, achieving success for our customers.

The day started with presentations from Peppermint’s leadership team, which was followed by an award ceremony to recognise those who had achievements relating to our company values: time, quality, positive, customer success, and together.

To finish off the day, the company participated in a team building exercise which consisted of building go-karts and using them to complete a series of solo and relay races!
