Peppermint Technology Launches New Product Learning Management System Minerva.

November 4, 2022 – Nottingham, UK

Peppermint Technology is excited to announce that our new Product Learning Management System, Minerva, has recently launched. Minerva is where we share the what, the why and the how through small units of product eLearning, enabling Peppermint clients to maximise adoption and return on investment. Having been open to internal colleagues for the past ten months, we will launch the new Minerva Learning Management System and its content to new CX365 customers in November 2022. The goal of Minerva is to enable all users of our CX365 product family to have access to new product knowledge and learning pathways appropriate to their use of our software through easy-to-use eLearning modules.

Sarah Kemp, Head of Product Enablement at Peppermint Technology, states,

“Our Peppermint Product subject matter experts have produced some great new eLearning, imparting their Product knowledge with content developers. Working together, they have created small chunks of eLearning, shared in our new Learning Management System Minerva via user journeys across our software – real-world use of our out-of-the-box software. We are really pleased to share this valuable collateral with our customers, commencing November 2022.

“eLearning is here to stay and certainly came into its own during the Covid-19 pandemic, and I am so happy that Peppermint had started to invest in this area prior. The pandemic prompted a fast and widespread shift to electronic learning, driven by the rise in homeworking. Due to the success driven by necessity, various research findings are sharing that employers will only increase this going forward. And here’s why - eLearning is more than electronic learning:

“- It’s everywhere, every day… one of my favourite sayings is ‘every day is a school day’, and our eLearning really enables that. It’s not limited by place or time; it’s anytime, anywhere, 24/7, enabling more learners to gain access to learning, supporting individual pace and personal time management. With an added bonus – the environmental aspect of cutting down travel.

“- It’s also engaging and evolving. Our new eLearning is shared in an interactive manner, including videos and short knowledge checks, offered in bite-sized chunks, and supporting individual learning styles and needs. It’s also continually developed in line with our release roadmap, ensuring content remains current.

“Learning more about Peppermint products, particularly best practice use (using the features and functionality in the way in which they were designed to be used), can maximise adoption, supporting the delivery of higher quality business and client outcomes, at the same time providing users with the best user experience and maximising the value returned by investments made in Peppermint products and users valuable time using them.

“We are really excited to share Minerva with all users of our software!”
