Tees Law picks Peppermint

Tees Law, the major regional legal firm, has selected Peppermint Technology to power a client service transformation underpinned by Peppermint’s single connected enterprise platform, spanning CRM, financials and legal process automation.

Tees Law senior partner David Redfern says: “We chose Peppermint following an extensive review.

“Like most firms, we want to drive down back office overheads, automating routine processes is one way of doing this. We also want to give our people much faster and more complete information support and tools and processes to share information within client teams. The bottom line should be more time spent on delivering value to clients.”

Redfern continues: “Technology is highly strategic to realising our customer service vision. Our clients want us to be transparent and flexible in our fee structures. They want us to respond quickly. They want solutions tailored to their needs, delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

“Our technology decisions are mission critical to meeting these client expectations, so we considered the technology options very carefully before selecting Peppermint.”

Tees Law has a history of innovation, particularly in client service. The last few years have seen the appointment of a non-lawyer CEO, a dedicated Client Services Director, Incorporation, and a string of mergers to extend its service footprint. Today the firm has more than 230 solicitors and support staff, with offices in Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
