Peppermint Technology Celebrates Successful First Year for Minerva, the Learning Management System

Peppermint Technology is celebrating a birthday! Minerva, Peppermint’s Learning Management System (LMS), turns 1 this November!
Minerva provides engaging Product eLearning modules to CX365 users. It aims to maximise adoption and return on investment, providing digital learning resources to help embed good practice.
In Minerva's first year:
Hundreds of learners across 24 firms have been enrolled.
8 Product eLearning modules have been made available, with more in the pipeline.
2 US-localised Product eLearning modules went live, opening Minerva to clients on both sides of the Atlantic.
Feedback on Minerva has been consistently excellent, with the vast majority reporting they found their modules easy to navigate and relevant to their role. As one learner said, “I feel a lot more confident using CX365… [and] I can always go back to a module if I need a refresher course”.
As well as eLearning, the LMS hosts Minerva TV (a collection of bite- size instructional videos). Learners are also signposted to the Peppermint Knowledge Centre, a hub of product-related information.
